The manufacturing infrastructure behind these solutions belongs to Formosa — four lamination machines including a patented 5-layer high-speed unit, flexographic and rotogravure printing, in-house bag making, and fill-and-seal machinery. Ken's job is to bring that muscle to your product without you having to shop each Formosa brand yourself.

Stand-up pouches (Doy pack), gusset bags, flat-bottom (quad seal) bags, three-side seal pillow packs, spout pouches, roll stock film, retort/aseptic pouches, FIBC bulk liners, ESD anti-static bags, and shrink sleeves with 360-degree coverage. Most types accept custom print, finish, and functional add-ons.
Eight functional features: zipper (regular or pocket), one-way degassing valve, clear window, hang hole, spout, tin-tie, tear notch, and custom die-cut shape. Five surface finishes: matte, gloss, spot gloss, Stardust (metallic speckle), and Meteorite (metallic streaked).
ISO 9001:2015 for quality management, ISO 22000:2018 for food safety, FSSC 22000 for food safety management systems, and HACCP compliance. ESD and pharma packaging is produced in a Class 10,000 clean room.

Yes. Food-contact packaging is produced under ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 protocols. Electronic component bags are manufactured in a separate Class 10,000 clean room, physically segregated from food production areas.
